A unique naturalistic experience, riding through Crete Senesi to Monte Oliveto Abbey, located on a hill covered by cypress tree, in a strategic position in the middle of Accona desert. Monte Oliveto is one of the most important religious sites in Tuscany, for both the territorial and historical importance. At the end of the stage you will ride in the area around San Giovanni d’Asso, famous for the white truffle, where you can discover the secret of the truffle hunting and a final tasting of this precious product.
