Avalanche transceiver, shovel, and probe are essential tools for free-riding or ski mountaineering. This specific course will teach you how to properly use these three life-saving tools. Learning about avalanche self-rescue techniques is extremely important for your own safety during free-riding or ski mountaineering activities!
Program
You will learn how to use an avalanche transceiver, shovel and probe while getting familiar with your own equipment. We will focus on teaching you how to use these tools properly. You need to bring your personal avalanche transceiver.
