Pilates is the best postural workout for balancing the body and supporting the spine. Allows to strengthen all the muscles connected to the trunk: the abdomen, buttocks, adductors and the lumbar region.
Practicing on SUP, it is even more effective for this type of training that wants to encourage the use of the mind to control the muscles. What better place than a table surrounded by the sea, with wind and sun, to focus on your body and relax? We offer you a unique experience that will fill you not only on a physical level but also and above all mental!
1 hour 2 times a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4.30 pm, SUP Pilates lessons in collaboration with ASD Global Fitness and Nicoletta Segni.
