Beginner's course at the end of which you will have learned to paddle in the right way by moving all the muscles of the body. A course aimed at young and old, with an eye to ladies who in principle love these complete sports. The sea of early morning and late afternoon will help us to understand the movements and keep us on our feet without much difficulty.
