SUP Group Lesson for Kids in Andora!
The SUP, stands for Stand Up Paddling, is a complete and practicable sport in all conditions, either with flat sea (CRUISE or RACE) or with waves (WAVE). Within our structure you will find qualified instructors for all 3 disciplines. Let yourself be tempted by this new way of living the sea !!!
The group lesson lasts one hour and a half and is structured as follows:
- theoretical part on the ground
- practical part on the ground
- muscle warming and stretching
- practical part at sea
All the necessary material is supplied (mute, table, theoretical handouts, etc.), with shower and locker room included in the price.
