Surf Training takes place in the splendid Beach Gym above the Surf school overlooking the sea EVERY SATURDAY FROM 15:00 and is structured in 1 hour of training in the gym and 30 minutes in the water. During the summer, Surf Training is also carried out outdoors with mixed circuits on the water and on land. Surf Training is a kind of training designed to prepare the body to perform various motor activities more effectively thanks to exercises that integrate the development of strength, muscle endurance and the body's ability to respond to external stimuli. In a nutshell, it uses exercises that make muscles more "intelligent" and the body more agile thanks to the simultaneous response of the muscles and the nervous and sensory system. Training functions: - Stabilization and balance of the body; - Greater power and effectiveness of the sports movement and not; - Improvement of postural control and structure; - Accident prevention Costs: 35 € per month (1 weekly appointment) / 50 € per month (2 weekly appointments)
